The NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (ILGA) publishes guidelines on its website to inform and provide guidance to stakeholders about ILGA’s processes and factors ILGA considers when making decisions.
ILGA has consolidated the below guidelines into a new, simplified Guideline 5, to give complainants and respondents a better understanding of how ILGA deals with disciplinary complaints:
• Guideline 5 – Disciplinary complaints under the Liquor Act 2007
• Guideline 8 – Disciplinary complaints under the Registered Clubs Act 1976
• Guideline 15 – Disciplinary complaints under the Gaming Machines Act 2001
In addition, the new Guideline clarifies expectations about the briefs of evidence which support disciplinary complaints to ILGA.
